Place the ponytail or braid inside of a plastic bag, and then inside of a manila or padded envelope.Hair must be clean and completely dry before it is mailed in.Hair must be in a ponytail or braid (or multiple ponytails or braids) before it is cut (above the elastic band).It does not need to be a participating Locks of Love salon. We always suggest going to someone you trust to cut your hair.(Highlights are normally done with bleach) If you are not sure if bleach was used, please reach out to your stylist and ask them!
